A spacious 2 1/2 room flat awaits you in a patrician house on the village street of Ftan.
The valley station of the Sesselban and optimal connections to the local bus are only a few minutes' walk away, approx. 10 - 15 minutes.

The Chasa Schucany holiday flat has a large Swiss stone pine parlour, a separate eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Bath/shower/WC/sink + separate WC/sink. The double room can sleep up to 4 people. 1 double bed + a single bed where you can pull out another mattress.

    “Grosszügige Wohnung an zentraler und sonniger Lage. Vernünftig renoviert mit teilweise alten schönen Möbelstücken und separater gut ausgerüsteter Wohnküche. Sehr grosses Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne.
    Ruhig gelegene Wohnung; die (Viertel-)Stundenschläge der Kirchenglocke dürften normal empfindliche Schläferinnen sehr bald überhören. Falls der erste Stock ebenfalls mit Gästen belegt ist, wird klar, dass es sich um ein Mehrfamilienhaus handelt (hat uns nicht gestört, da wir einen ähnlichen Schlaf-Wachrhythmus hatten).
    Von der Grösse her eignet sich die Wohnung sehr gut für vier Personen. Die Schlafgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer ist für eine ganze Woche für Erwachsene qualitativ knapp (zwei schmale Sofabetten). Beste Reisezeit: Auch im Winter sehr gutes Angebot. Sessellift auf die Motta ist zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso die Ftaner Loipe. Der Bus fährt im Halbstundentakt nach Scuol. Umgebung: Restaurant, tourist office - Kleines neues Café im Nachbarhaus ist sehr angenehm. Volg und Bäckerei bieten ausreichend Möglichkeiten für den Einkauf. Ftan ist als Ferienort sehr einladend. Restaurant: Restaurant Storta. - Klein und fein.”

    zum "Herumsitzen" mussten wir uns warm anziehen. Alles in Allem waren wir überaus zufrieden,
