The Villa has air conditioning in the living room and some of the bedrooms , heating, audio equipment - TV, alarm, Wi-Fi and automated awnings as well as an elegant set of furniture and outdoor equipment.
Inside the villa is distributed in 4 double rooms on the main floor of the house and 2 bathrooms (one in the suite with bath and shower, and another bathroom that share the other rooms.) There is 1 double room on the top floor with the airconditionner and with sea views and exit to large terrace ..
Spacious living room with large windows facing the sea and exit to the terrace, presided over by elegant white columns.
The kitchen, gourmet and with ample sea views, is fully equipped with first class appliances and annexed service area.
The property has an outdoor area to comfortably park 2 vehicles. There is an indoor parking space.
On the ground floor there is a double apartment with separate bathroom, this apartment has direct access to the garden and the pool. The apartment has no air conditionning, but fun.
The house has two swimming pools: one outdoor and with spectacular views of the sea, and another small heated pool, which is part of the gymnasium room, with numerous machines for weight training and cardio.
The Torredembarra Yacht Club and the best restaurants, as well as its award-winning beach are within walking distance of the villa.

To comply with applicable citizen security regulations, this establishment requires online registration through its own channel, which can request a photo of an identity document and/or a selfie of a tourist. . Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to prevent its alteration, loss, circulation or unauthorized access.
2. MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION When leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit.
3. Guests over the age of 16 will be charged a tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person for a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of March 20, of the Parliament of Catalonia).
4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
5. The agreed security deposit (€2000) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)
6.Key collection: C/ Pons d'Icart 41, TARRAGONA, Tarraco Homes agency. Call 1 hour before arrival. Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 9:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
