This detached modern holiday home is situated just outside the village of Marcana in the southern part of Istria, close by to the historic town of Pula. The home is surrounded by beautiful country side, and close by to many beaches.
Upstairs there are two spacious bedroom, each with a balcony and a shared bathroom. In the living room there is a large comfortable sofa bed for guests use and a further bathroom. There is a patio area and a spacious fully equipped kitchen.
Outside of the house there is a swimming pool with water fall feature. There is a terrace which is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. There is also a barbeque and car port for charging electric vehicles.
The swimming pool has a waterfall feature.
The property is surrounded by country side and olive groves. There are many natural beaches to be discovered in the area. The historical towns of Pula and Rovinj are reachable by a short car journey.
