In addition to the exceptionally attractive location of this holiday home on Mallorca, the very spacious outdoor area is particularly noteworthy, where you can enjoy your holiday to the full. There are various seating and sunbathing areas, different perspectives, lighting conditions and surfaces to explore. Whether under cover, in the breezy shade or directly under the Mediterranean sky, everyone is guaranteed to find their favourite spot here. The pool at the centre of the outdoor area offers wonderful refreshment and super easy access via steps. There is also a practical outdoor shower for a quick dip in between. Two barbecues invite you to move most of your holiday life outside during the day and prepare your own culinary delights from the fresh ingredients you may have bought at the market. The trees surrounding the area, also in combination with the property wall, provide a high degree of cosiness and privacy.

The interior of the light-flooded farmhouse is both functional and cosy. A lovingly furnished living/dining room with a large sofa, fireplace, TV and dining table offers everything you need for a comfortable stay indoors. There is even a small play area for the little ones. The kitchen is fully equipped and thus offers a good basis for independent self-catering days. Conveniently, there is direct access to the terrace from here. Three comfortably furnished bedrooms create wonderful islands of peace. Hydromassage showers in the two bathrooms provide a wellness feeling. This farmhouse on Mallorca is a worthwhile domicile for anyone who appreciates privacy and spaciousness and at the same time does not want to do without the convenience of a good infrastructure and easily accessible beaches. The Can Patilla farmhouse is surrounded by a spacious plot flanked by beautiful trees. The local beach Cala Son Moll is only approx. 800 metres away and the beautiful Platja de Cala Agulla is approx. 1.3 km away. The village with its many restaurants and shopping facilities can be easily reached on foot. The nearby road, which can be heard depending on the wind, makes it even easier to reach various excursion destinations. Perhaps the nearby riding centre might be of interest to you? Or the tennis courts? Cala Ratjada not only offers a lively nightlife and water sports, but also a picturesque old harbour.
