The cottage is located one kilometer from a large farm and in the middle of the countryside in beautiful Österlen. Here the landscape is undulating, there are grazing cows, horses, sheep and pigs just outside the door. Here you have wonderful opportunities for excursions: Kåseberga, Hammars backar, Glimmingehus, Tomelilla Sommarland, Ystad Djurpark, Simrishamn and Ystad. But maybe you just want to take a quiet walk, perhaps among the animals on the farm. On the farm, the castle from the Middle Ages is also worth seeing. In Sandhammaren, Borrby or Ystad Sandskog there are fine bathing beaches. In a quarter of an hour you are there. You should also experience the market in Kivik, as well as taste champagne in Köpingsberg. On the farm there is a concert hall, a gymnasium and tennis courts. In Bollerups restaurant you can have a good lunch or dinner (weekdays). You can also arrange a long-term rental. Located not far from the road.

    “Dreckig, der komplette Keller war verschimmelt, der Schimmelgeruch zog sich durch das ganze Haus. Riesiger Riss an einer Hausecke, lang und breit. Kabel hing außen lose am Haus. Einfachste Ausstattung, einfache offene Regale an Stelle von Kleiderschränken. Küche offensichtlich noch aus dem Ursprungsbaujahr. Haus war offensichtlich nicht gereinigt.
