Holiday house with indoor pool, garden and party room

A newly renovated and thoughtfully furnished, comfortable holiday house for four people awaits you at the heart of the holiday town, not far from the North Sea, in the midst of the Elbe-Weser triangle an a large, charmingly laid out garden.

The garden measures 1500m² and is charmingly planted. The furnished terrace with a terrace fireplace and grill invites you to sit and relax.

Apart from two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom, the house provides a fully-equipped kitchen, a party room, a terrace and a big garden. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, measuring 180 x 200cm in the first bedroom and 140 x 200cm in the second. The living room has a comfortable sofa suite and an LCD with satellite channels (Astra and Hotbird). The kitchen includes a stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower and a WC. The highlight of the house is no doubt the indoor swimming pool of around 30m², which is heated by solar panels (from May to October). Free wireless Internet access is available. The flooring (tiles and laminate) is suitable for allergy sufferers. The house has central heating.

It is a non-smoking apartment, but you can smoke in the party room. Hiking, cycling, an active holiday, cultural events or simply relaxing – everything is possible here. The north of Germany, between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven in the Elbe-Weser triangle, with its extensive coastal, moor and lakes landscape, will delight you. The neighbouring town of Bad Bederkesa (ca. 5km away) also has thermal baths.

    Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, besonders toll hat uns Cuxhaven gefallen.

    “Super ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit tollem Pool (anders als auf den Fotos mit großer Fensterfront zur Terrasse, Wassertemperatur während unseres Aufenthalts angenehme 24 bis 28 Grad). Der sehr nette Vermieter wohnt im Obergeschoss und ist dadurch gut erreichbar, aber das Haus ist so aufgeteilt, dass wir ihn außer zur An- und Abreise eigentlich nie gesehen oder gehört haben. Durch die ruhige Lage und den großen Garten konnten wir uns bestens erholen.”

    “Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet. Es liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse. Kein Verkehr, kein Lärm. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Der Pool entschädigt auch für schlechteres Wetter. Die "Beschwerden" über die Wassertemperatur sind nicht nachvollziehbar. Bei unserem Aufenthalt betrug sie 25-27 Grad bei einer Außentemperatur von 20 bis 25 Grad.
    Das Haus ist empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und und zuvorkommend.
    Rundum stimmte alles.”
