This cozy cottage is located in beautiful surroundings, close to nature and the sea, more precisely on a headland on Landön, near Hanöbukten and not far from Åhus and Kristianstad. The waterfront property, your own sun deck right on the water and a beautiful view of the bay, will surely let you experience a wonderful vacation here. The house with its two floors is functionally furnished, has two bedrooms upstairs and a kitchen-living room downstairs. From here you also come directly to the partially covered wooden terrace and to another, visually protected seating area in the garden, where you can also experience the sun in the evenings. The house is located on the property of the owner, who lives here only occasionally. There is a lot to see in the whole area. The coast is one of the most beautiful parts of Schonen. Kjugekull is one of several nature reserves with hiking trails and views of Lake Ivösjön. The Humleslingan trail, where you can see the sights of Bäckaskog Castle, Ivö, Sibbarpsdalen and Gudahangen, goes around the lake. Also experience the caves Tykarpsgrottan with your children. You can shop and eat well in Kristianstad and Åhus. By the way, Åhus is also known for eel fishing and the well-preserved old town center, which has its roots in the Middle Ages. There are also several golf courses in the area.
