Relax on the deckchairs with comfortable mattresses and a parasol on the beach in front of the house. Secure car parking spaces are available on site.

Within about 180 metres you can find a supermarket, a bakery, the popular Crni Molo sandy beach, a children’s playground, a newspaper/fruit/vegetable kiosk, a water sports centre, many restaurants and beach bars. The town centre is a 10-minute walk away along the beach promenade, so you can leave your car parked for the duration of your stay.

This is an exclusive four-star holiday house right by the beach promenade with direct access to the beach in front of the house and beach service.

You can end an exciting day on the balcony with its wonderful sea view.

The apartment of around 62m² is on the second floor. It has two separate bedrooms each with a kingsize bed. The combined living and dining room includes a fully-equipped kitchen unit with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. The dining table with a wonderful view of the sea invites you to enjoy meals together. The modern bathroom has a WC and a bath with a shower attachment.

Within 150 metres you can find a supermarket, many restaurants and the popular Crni Molo with a sandy beach, as well as many beach cafes, a children’s playground, a water sports centre, newspaper and fruit & vegetable kiosks.

    “Positiv: Super freundliche Vermieter, sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht das es dem Urlaubern gut geht. Sehr zu empfehlen. Restaurant: KALIDA - Tolles Lokal an der Promenade, super frischer Fisch, alles heiß serviert und freundlicher Service. Highlight- das Essen genießt man direkt am Strand.”
