Luxury villa with amazing sea view and private pool, surrounded by nature. Sleeps 14-16

Welcome to our luxurious sea view villa in the most beautiful place of South Costa Brava. You find Siview Villa close to several beautiful beaches and idyllic bays. It is surrounded by woods and enjoys great privacy and tranquility. At only a few minutes´ drive you find Cala Canyelles beach with a small marina and a fantastic restaurant that serves fresh fish every day. Lloret de Mar´s centre is at 4 km.

Our 420 m2 villa with capacity for 14-16 guests is divided into three floors. The villa is especially designed for outdoor living. You find the swimming pool of 10×5 m on the same level as the living and dining area, and the south facing façade is made of large sliding windows that disappear into the walls, opening the house to a maximum and bringing the outside inside. We have several terraces and sitting areas to enjoy outdoor living and there is a fantastic jacuzzi with 65 jets, where you can relax in perfect privacy and tranquility while enjoying the views of the sea and green hills.
The ground floor includes a large space that covers the large living room, the dining area and the kitchen. Opening the top-to-bottom windows, you immediately connect to the terrace with the infinity style swimming pool. On this floor you also find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace and garden with jacuzzi, and a guest toilet.
With a floating stairs you access the second floor, where you find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Waking up you can immediately enjoy the beautiful sea view and have breakfast on the covered terrace at this level. Then there is the master suite with bathtub, shower and access to a private terrace. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
On level -1 you find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a garden patio. There is another very spacious bedroom with capacity for 4 beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and iron.
You can park two cars in the garage. Parking in the street is also available.

Outside, the pool area with reclining chairs and a lounge offer a fantastic view of the sea and green mountains. You find the swimming pool of 10×5 m on the same level as the living and dining area, In the garden there are two hammocks and a large lounge area that seats 16, where you can read a book and sip your wine in perfect privacy and tranquility. We have several terraces and sitting areas to enjoy outdoor living and there is a fantastic jacuzzi with 65 jets, where you can relax in perfect privacy and tranquility while enjoying the views of the sea and green hills.

With its large living spaces, several terraces, and full luxury facilities, Siview Villa is a comfortable accommodation for groups and multiple families.
Several travel cots and high chairs are available at the property.
A car is recommended to get around, as the villa is situated up on a hill.
Loud music and parties are not allowed.
