Spend a holiday by the Flensburger Förde in a holiday house in Glücksburg (Holnis). It is only about 150 metres from the sandy beach and offers great holiday days right by the sea. You can enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday to the full here and it is a paradise for all nature lovers.
Very comfortable and well-presented holiday house in a charming Danish style, right by the fine sandy and flat beach (ca. 150m) on the Holnis peninsula
The house is surrounded by greenery on a site of around 500m². The garden is partly fenced in and there are two sunny wooden terraces with garden furniture, two sun loungers, a canopy beach chair and a grill. There is also a pond and a car parking space in front of the house.
The 60m² house has been furnished and fitted with attention to detail. 2-4 guests can be accommodated. It has a big open living and dining room with a sitting and dining corner, a cosy fireplace stove, a 42” flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, a radio, a dining table with an open fully-equipped kitchen (Cafissimo, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.). You can find a washing machine and dryer in the hallway, as well as space for coats. There is a bedroom and a children’s room, the first with a double bed 140cm wide, the second with two single beds (90cm wide), one of which is a pull-out bed, suitable especially for children. There is a shower room.
The Holnis peninsula juts north from Flensburg into the Flensburger Förde and is the northernmost peninsula on the German Baltic Sea coast. There is a big nature reserve on Holnis, which you can explore along idyllic and well-signposted walking paths with a grandiose view over the Baltic Sea towards Denmark. The peninsula has a steep coast and a salt marsh with a significant breeding colony for sea birds. It is a dream for nature-loving holiday-makers. Flatly shelved beaches at the Baltic Sea are ideal for a holiday with children. At Holnis you can find an ideal mixture of leisure, a beach holiday, sports activities, trips and culture by the Baltic Sea. There are many good restaurants and cafes nearby. You can buy bread rolls, everyday essentials or go on larger shopping trips, as right in the centre of Glücksburg about 5km away you can find an Edeka, Netto, Rossmann, bakery, butcher etc., as well as bicycle rental. You could go on a trip to Flensburg or Denmark and it is worth going on a trip to Sylt.
The house is non-smoking. Arrivals are from 15.00, departures by 10.00. The minimum stay during the high season is 7 days, otherwise 5 days.
