This beautiful new deluxe villa is located in the town of Krk, in a quiet area. The total area of the villa is 230 m2. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms, while on the second floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, gym, sauna and whirlpool. The terrace offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.

In the garden there is a heated pool and a seating area, where you can spend time with friends and family.

The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will take your attention, only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. Highway and airport are also nearby. Krk town has beautiful old churches, ancient city walls, towers and the remains of ancient Romans. The city of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, bay Soline with healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties. You can swim with dolphins, make a trip with fishing or tourist boats or even with a submarine (the city of Krk) .

    “Ausstattung war super. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigener Dusche und WC. Wir waren angenehm überrascht von der Sauberkeit und Ausstatung. Vor allem der Pool war super, tiefe und Größe optimal. Grillstation, sowie großer Marmortisch für leicht 12 bis 15 Personen. Waschmaschine, Geschirspüler, Besteck usw. alles vorhanden. Alles Top. Nächster Markt zu Fuß erreichbar, wo man für den täglichen Gebrauch alles bekommt. Ansonsten bleibt einem nur die Fahrt nach Malinska ( zu Fuß mit 2 Kindern war ein bischen zu weit) , wo es aber alles zu kaufen gibt. Besonders empfelenswert ist der Fischladen in Malinska direkt bei dem großen Parkplatz.. Möglichkeiten ins Meer zu gehen gibt es in Malinska in unmitelbarer Nähe. Vermieter ist korrekt, spricht deutsch und ist sehr sehr nett. Wenns geht werden wir diese Villa nächstes jahr wieder buchen, da einfach alles gepasst hat. Preis /Leistung Top.”
