This vacation home is located behind the owner's house. The garden is separate, so you have complete privacy. This is ideal for a vacation with your pet. The vacation home has a modern kitchen with a filter coffee machine and a combi microwave. The bathroom is located on the first floor, as well as a shower and washbasin and toilet. The two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, here is a passage between the two bedrooms.

Egmond aan Zee is a well-known seaside resort on the North Sea. Here you will find many cozy restaurants and beach pavilions. Besides sun, sea and beach, this place offers much more. Visit Egmond Abbey, 5 km away, and take a walk through the historic village of Egmond aan den Hoef. In this village you can admire the castle ruins, the castle chapel and typical farmhouses. You can also visit the cheese market in Alkmaar, 10 km away, or the capital Amsterdam, 50 km away.

    “Es gibt kein richtiges Bad, sondern nur eine Kammer mit Dusche und WC, die so eng ist, dass die Füße beim Toilettengang in der Dusche standen. Nach der WC-Benutzung muss man sich die Hände unter der Treppe in einem Ziegelstein großen Handbecken. Außerdem gab es Schimmel in der Dusche.

    Die Reinigung bei Bezug war sehr mangelhaft. Die Schlafräume in der oberen Etage sind über eine Stiege erreichbar, die nur zur Hälfte einen Handlauf hat. Die Räume sind kaum betretbar, weil sie durch Betten versperrt sind. Der Wasserboiler mit offenen Anschlüssen befindet sich im Schlafraum. Die Beschreibung passte nur zum Teil. Der Garten war nicht vorhanden und die Terrasse verdient ihren Namen auch nicht. Sie diente der Müllentsorgung der Eigentümer. Der Geruch und die Fliegen waren grausig.
