Modern apartment with large communal pool and garden in the small village of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, 30 minutes north of Barcelona on the Costa Brava.
The apartment consists of a bright living room / dining room directly overlooking the balcony / terrace with a breathtaking view of the village. Corner sofa, plasma TV screen, fireplace, dining table, everything is done to make you feel at home.
After a nice day at the beach or at the pool, relax sipping a sangria while watching the sunset.
Wanna cook your diner? The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, ...
The night part is composed of 3 bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a large double bed and its en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
The second a trundle bed that converts into a double bed.
Finally the last room with childish decoration, a bunk bed.
In the corridor you will find a second bathroom with shower.
The most of this apartment, the large pool located at the foot of the building but also its play area with ping pong table and basketball / paddle.
The apartment is equipped with a Wifi Internet connection, it is fully air conditioned and has central heating and located on the third floor of the residence.

Check-in regular time between 15h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 20€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 20€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 20€. Early check-in before 15h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 20€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact. - The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler. City tax not included: 1€ per night per person.
- Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
- 80€ special fee required on arrival for gaz, water and electricity for monthly stay only
- 500€ refundable security deposit will be due in cash at check in for monthly stay only
