This exclusive holiday home with private pool is located in the small picturesque village of Volosko, only about 2 km from the well-known holiday destination of Opatija. The outdoor area is well maintained and completely fenced so that you can enjoy your privacy. There are several terraces around the house.
From the living room you can access the pool, which is located in the house and offers a marvellous view of the Kvarner Bay. The pool can be used all year round as it can be closed off by glass walls and the entire space can be heated. Experience the fantastic sea panorama.
The living area is comfortable, richly furnished and perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a fitness room and sauna in the basement. If you are in the mood for beaches and summer fun, visit the centre of Opatija and the beaches in the surrounding area. The town of Opatija has been a popular tourist destination since the 18th century and is known for its unique architecture, beautiful parks, a long seafront promenade, plenty of entertainment, luxury hotels and villas from the time of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. Take part in various events organised in Opatija and along the entire Opatija Riviera.
Visit the small tourist resorts in the neighbourhood: Volosko, Lovran, Iii, Moenika Draga and enjoy the rich cultural offer and various attractions organised throughout the year, such as the Chocolate Days and the Marunada, a traditional chestnut festival in Lovran. The varied gastronomic offer should also be emphasised, as there are well-known Croatian restaurants in and around Opatija that will win you over with excellent local specialities. For active holidaymakers, we recommend the Uka Nature Park with its numerous hiking and mountain bike trails.
