Holiday house with garden and barbecue

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have 3 single beds and one with a fixed double bed, tv and air conditionners. the large and bright bathroom has all the services and a large bathtub with shower. the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, water kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils. leaving room is a big room with corner sofa and sat tv, with 500 channels. Beautiful villa with garden, The house has a surface of 120 sqm + 60 sqm of terraces, the garden is 4000 square meters large. The house is 15OO meters from the sea and tourist services. My holiday home offers a relaxing and pleasant stay for our guests. it has a veranda of 60 square meters where you can enjoy a meal overlooking the sea of La Caletta. the first center is that of La Caletta, just 1.5 km away where you can find splendid beaches, all useful services and easy connections with the surrounding towns.     “Schöner gepflegter Ort zum wohlfühlen, auch mal bei Regen. Wir haben es genossen! Positiv: Grosse gedeckte Terasse und Garten mit Aussicht, saubere moderne grosse Wohnung, sehr freundlicher Vermieter (beschenkte uns sogar mit Gemüse aus seinem Garten) Negativ: Zufahrtsstrasse in schlechtem Zustand. Der Weg zum Meer ist zu Fuss nicht schön und eher weit. Beste Reisezeit: Wir kennen die Wohnung nur vom Oktober. Im Sommer bestimmt auch sehr schön, wenn alle Früchte reif sind...
    Für kalte Tage gäbe es auch einen Kamin.”

    “Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, etwas abseits von La Caletta gelegen. Die Vermieterfamilie wohnt im Untergeschoss, aber sehr nett und unkompliziert. Für uns vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder haben die Schlafzimmer gut gepasst und wir sind auch mit dem einen Bad gut zurecht gekommen. War für uns insgesamt eine gute Wahl. Positiv: Viel Platz, schöne Terrasse, Außendusche, Schlafzimmer gut gegen Mücken geschützt, super Blick bis zum Meer, nicht mitten im Ort, herrlicher Sandstrand Negativ: Etwas schade, dass es keinen direkten Fußweg zum Meer gibt. Für den Weg über La Caletta braucht man mindestens 30 Minuten. Wir haben es einmal ausprobiert. Die Strecke ist aber nicht schön und ohne Schatten, so dass wir dann doch immer das Auto genommen haben.
    Abends kamen viele Mücken. Empfehlung: Aus meiner Sicht am besten für Familien geeignet”
