Allegra and welcome to the Sur il muglin holiday home

This beautiful holiday home was created from the former hay barn of an Engadine house.
From the fully glazed south-facing façade you can enjoy a breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic view of the mountains of the Lower Engadine.

The house extends over 3 floors, with a furnished south-facing balcony on 2 floors inviting you to linger. Due to the relatively steep stairs, the house is not suitable for small children. The bus stop is only a few steps away and the village centre can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes.

The holiday home Sur il muglin has a large living room with usable Swedish stove, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, 2 large double bedrooms, 2 small single bedrooms with additional pull-out bed, separate, small TV room with satellite TV, 3 complete sanitary rooms (2 x with shower / 1 x with bathtub), office desk on the gallery with free WLAN and much more.

The prices include :
- Bed linen (the beds are made according to the number of persons)

- all additional costs such as electricity, water, etc.
- 1 reserved parking space in front of the house (rather narrow). Additional vehicles must be parked in the car park (80m / Fr. 25.-- per week).

    “Wir kommen wieder! Positiv: Grosszügigkeit des Hauses, ideal für mehrere Einzelpersonen oder Paare, Helligkeit im Haus, Aussicht phänomenal, Sauberkeit 1A, Nähe zum Dorf und trotzdem viel Ruhe Negativ: Für Kinder wäre es bestimmt nicht so ideal, viele Treppen (Sturzgefahr). Enger Eingang, aber gegeben, aufgrund des alten Hauses. Keinen Platz für Fahrräder, ausser offenem Parkplatz neben dem Haus.”

    “Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem grandiosen Ausblick. Sent ist ein sehr schöner Ort, Nähe zum Skigebiet und viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen! Positiv: Ausblick vom Balkon, Ausstattung der Wohnung Negativ: Direkt an der Ortshauptstraße.”

    “Positiv: Mann benötig kein Auto während den Ferien, gut gelegen. Negativ: Einige Reparaturen die vor einem Jahr schon nötig gewesen wären , waren immer noch nicht gemacht.”
