Cozy cottage with property to the sea, in wonderful surroundings and nature in Skåne's only archipelago on Landön.

The house is located on a plot that extends to the sea and has a terrace overlooking the sea. Ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy nature. Inside the house you can expect a modern and cozy interior and atmosphere with all amenities.

In the surroundings of the house there is a lot to see and experience. The coast is considered one of the most beautiful in Skåne. On one side is Åhus with a fantastic beach and on the other side is the Blekinge archipelago. In addition, you will find good conditions for pike fishing. Kjugekull is one of several beautiful nature reserves in the area and offers hiking trails and a beautiful view of Lake Ivösjön. Nice shopping and cozy restaurants can be found in Kristianstad and Åhus, among other places. For those who want to play golf, there are several golf courses in the area.

    “Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wer Erholung und Entspannung sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und um Abhilfe bemüht wenn ein Problem vorliegt. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist rustikal und funktional. Einzig das Bad lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, ist aber den Gegebenheiten vor Ort geschuldet. Wer besonderen Wert auf stilvolles Anbiente und Komfort legt ist hier falsch. Alle Anderen werden sich gut erholen und entspannen.”
