A warm welcome - at Apart guet gean lossn. “Guet gean lossn” means "to have a good time", here in Ötztal. Located on a sunny hill our apartments high above Längenfeld offer a breathtaking panorama in the middle of the nature. In winter the cross-country ski trail passes behind the house. The ski lift is ideal for children and beginners and it's only 500 m away. In summer you can start small hikes and also mountain tours in Gries. Enjoy the wonderful landscape and the beauty of the mountains and just "have a good time"

The apartment "Die Gröeße" with approx. 75 m² consists of two double rooms - one with a sofa bed (sleeping possibility for the 5th person), fully equipped eat-in kitchen (coffee machine, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and much more) 2 bathrooms with shower/WC. Enjoy the unique mountain panorama on the furnished balcony.
