Sölden (25 min) and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl (35 min) are situated within easy reach by car. Skibus stop at only 3 walking minutes from our house. The entrance area on the ground floor features a separate sports equipment storage room (skis, boots, toboggans,..) incl. boot-dryer. Ample parking - for free!

Modernly furnished, spacious apartment "Barbara" (approx. 80 m²): 2 separate bedrooms with double beds and balcony (in one room). 1 bathroom incl. bathtub, shower and WC. 1 fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and much more. The kitchen is located next to the spacious living room with dining area, satellite TV and children's play area for the youngest guests. The living room can accommodate up to 19 persons. The apartment features 2 large balconies.
