Our lovely holiday house Tirol in Umhausen combines both history and precious moments among family and friends. Built in 1965 and renovated with love to the detail, we have created a little gem amidst the unique Alpine landscape. Discover a unique holiday paradise in summer and winter alike. Our house is rated with 4 Edelweiß and makes a great holiday base in Umhausen at only 5 walking minutes from the following attractions: Birds of Prey Park, Stuiben Falls, swimming lake, restaurants, village center, etc.

The garden features a comfy seating lounge, BBQ facilities (charcoal or gas grill on request) and a small playground with trampoline (available from March onwards - weather permitting).

Spacious equipped "Hildegard" Apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor, covering about 150 m².
1st floor: 2 double rooms, 1 triple rooms, 2 bathrooms. 
2nd floor: 1 double room, 1 bathroom with WC and corner bathtub. Open living area covering about 50 m², offering great views of the Ötztal mountain world! Fully equipped kitchen with ample dining area, wood-fired stove plus homey bench. Separate balcony with small seating in the living area. Garden playground with homey seating lounge, grill, playground with trampoline, in the leisure and games room you will find toys for your little ones & a table tennis table.
