A wonderful feel-good zone in the Grimminggarten apartment is the almost 16 square meter covered terrace. During the day - with the exception of approx. 2 hours during lunchtime - it provides natural shade and offers protection from wind and rain. This means you can sit outside on mild summer days even in bad weather. The terrace is equipped with a large eucalyptus solid wood table and 4 multi-position armchairs. The inclination of the armchairs can be adjusted in 4 steps so that they can also be used as deck chairs. Or you can lie down in the hammock (hat bag) and enjoy the wonderful natural arena around the Grimming while swinging.

You can choose whether you prefer to admire this natural spectacle from the pull-out leather couch or from the relax armchair. A large Vollhollz table is available for dining and cozy get-togethers. The new modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, saucepans and various accessories. It has an induction stove, a dishwasher, an oven and a refrigerator.
