A fine Mediterranean residence where you will appreciate an exceptional sea view: your gaze, caressing the golden beach, will fly over the turquoise of crystalline waters, and loose itself in the blue of the horizon. The coast you will see, only 50 metres away, is that of the renowned "Maldives of Salento" that offer both lidi and free beaches. Staying in this home will give you emotions that will remain in your heart and mind, like when the quiet sky, at sunset, tries to caress the sea, making it blush. Outside the house you will have a large and fully equipped terrace (table, chairs, stone barbecue and outdoor gazebo) which develops mainly on the side, with a covered part and a solarium area. You will be facing one of the most magical sand stretches of the Ionian coast of the marvelous Heel of the Italian Boot. The famous “Maldives of Salento” are indeed only 50 metres away. It is a large beach of fine golden sand, with a gently sloping seabed, awarded several times with the Legambiente 5 sails flag. The area is beautiful from a tourist point of view. Services such as bars and restaurants are within walking distance. For a nice evening stroll, the beautiful promenade leads to Torre Vado. The whole area is absolutely worth visiting.
