Cottage ideally located 15 minutes from the Medieval City of Carcassonne and only 500m from the Canal du Midi, its location will seduce you to enjoy the strengths of the region. Lovers of hiking or cycling, you will be served by traveling along the Canal classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A grocery store is located 500m from the cottage in the village as well as a restaurant and wine merchants to discover and taste local products. Many places are to be discovered nearby and within 30 minutes (the castle of Pennautier, the abbey of Villelongue, the capitelles of Aragon, the village of the book of Montolieu or the Cathar castles of Lastours and Saissac). On site, the cottage has a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You can park the car in the street of the gîte.

Gîte comprising on the ground floor a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, a lounge area with sofa and TV opening directly onto the terrace and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and an additional sleeping area with a single bed ideal for an additional person. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a 140 bed and a bathroom with shower and WC. Private terrace with barbecue. Baby equipment. All inclusive charges and services (sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning). Non-smoking house. Non-private parking.
