In the heart of the Audoise countryside in a natural environment, discover the Domaine de la Leude. Located between Bram and Montreal, only 20 minutes from Carcassonne and all its cultural attractions. From the back terrace of the gîte you can enjoy the view of the Montagne Noire and the beautiful landscape. There are many places to discover around the gîte: Cité de Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, the medieval village of Fanjeaux or Castelnaudary. You will be 1 hour away from the sea and the Pyrenees if you wish to spend the day there. On site, you can enjoy the nature and the calm by walking or cycling along the beaten track. The gîte has a SPA to fully enjoy moments of well-being and relaxation with always this magnificent view and without vis-à-vis. A private front terrace is also at your disposal with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy relaxing moments in our beautiful region. The space is not entirely fenced in but the place allows your children to play in complete serenity in the common area (swings are accessible on the domain just in front of the gîte). Our friends the animals are not accepted, the dog of the owners being present all the year, however you can make the request. The parking is private on the domain.

The gîte is attached to the owners' house and comprises on the ground floor a large living room with a sofa and TV, a dining area with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. A utility room with a washing machine and a dishwasher. A shower room with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. On the first floor, two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a last bedroom with two single beds. An independent bathroom with bath and washbasin. An independent WC. A living room with a bench and a small loggia with an unobstructed view on the landscape. Baby equipment on request. WIFI. Sheets and towels included.
