    “Het huis is goed, met goede voorzieningen (vaatwasser, wasmachine, goede slaapkamers, etc.). De keuken is aan de kleine kant. Verder staan er in de woonkamer wat teveel kasten. En wat meer lampen in de woonkamer voor wat meer sfeer, zouden wenselijk zijn. De badkamer is prima. Er is maar één parkeerplaats beschikbaar.”

    “Rustige ligging op afgesloten 'park' en toch dichtbij winkelcentrum en centrum van Deauville/Trouville. Wel auto nodig om dagelijkse boodschappen te doen. Keuken was eenvoudig. Terras op 1e verdieping was wel prettig en er was mogelijkheid om in de tuin te zitten. Huis en inventaris waren helaas niet heel schoon en er waren sporen (geur) van huisdieren (hond). Bovendien last van achtergebleven vlooien!!
