Beautifully situated amidst idyllic olive groves, green forests and lush farmland, Villa Lemaliante is truly a home away from home - a relaxed, extremely comfortable property with plenty of space for children and adults alike. This charming villa has been furnished with great attention and love. Locally produced raw materials have been used in a traditional way to ensure that the architecture of the villa and the traditions of the region remain untouched. Vintage furniture, modern equipment, high quality bathrooms, WiFi and heating and cooling system using renewable energy sources create a warm, rural atmosphere inside the villa.
The villa has five tastefully and individually decorated bedrooms, one on the first floor and two further bedrooms on the second floor, as well as a cozy lounge area with access to the balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent view. The other two bedrooms are located on the top floor. The first floor is dominated by a bright and long space divided into cozy living and dining areas with an elegant, fully equipped kitchen. Large glass doors lead directly to the carefully tended garden.
Outside, the inviting pool takes center stage, with plenty of sun loungers so you can lie in the shade as well as enjoy the sun. On the large brick terrace there is a lovely summer kitchen with barbecue, ideal for the warm Istrian climate. Here you can prepare fresh fish and enjoy a glass of Malvasia at the same time.

The beautiful garden house is an unexpected delight. It has a well-equipped wellness area with exercise equipment, a jacuzzi and a sauna with chromotherapy lights, as well as a room for relaxation where you can take care of your physical and mental well-being. The villa is surrounded by a carefully tended, extensive garden. Its lush fruits you can naturally use in preparing your delicious meals while enjoying the scent of Mediterranean plants.Villa Lemaliante offers the best of both worlds for those who prefer peace and quiet, but still want to spend their vacation close to the sunny beaches and lively seaside resorts. The popular coastal town of Umag is just a stone's throw away and offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbor. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in its pretty cobbled streets. Every July the ATP Croatia Open is held here, featuring many of the biggest names from the men's tennis world. The award-winning Istralandia water park is also close by, ideal for a fun day in the sun with the whole family. The magical countryside of central Istria, famous for its enchanting medieval hilltop towns and gastronomic delights, is within easy reach along excellent roads.
