It's here in Arzens, an authentic village in Aude less than 10 minutes from Carcassonne where you will stay in a quietly located gîte while being close to everything. Welcome to Ostal Paut!
On site, the village is home to numerous shops and services located around 200m from the house: grocery store, restaurant, bakery (right next to the gîte, pharmacy and other food shops). You can do everything on foot without taking the car! The assets of the village as well as the gîte are also the location, you will be less than half an hour from several jewels of the region: Medieval City of Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, the book village of Montolieu, Castelnaudary capital world of Cassoulet, Limoux known for its blanquette and its famous carnival or the magnificent landscapes of the Montagne Noire, Lauragais and the Haute-Vallée de l'Aude. The cottage is at the center of all the department's amenities.
There are many activities to do around it with friends or family: hiking trails, bike rides, exploring the region through the vineyards, tasting local products, the region is open to you. On site, the cottage has a large fenced outdoor space where you can park your vehicles but also to fully enjoy outdoor meals or just lounge in the sun thanks to its garden furniture. A barbecue is at your disposal during the summer months.
The cottage opens on the ground floor onto a long corridor which takes you through different living rooms: the small, relaxing living room with a small bed, a dining room with a table, chairs, a TV and a bench seat. A fully equipped independent kitchen. An independent bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Three other bedrooms complete the floor and each have a 90 cm bed. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Reversible air conditioning upstairs.
