Within only 10 minutes you'll reach the Hochoetz ski area, the giant Sölden ski region is about 25 driving minutes away. Skibus (free service, running hourly) stop at 5 walking minutes from our house.

Your 120 m² flat on the ground floor with its own entrance and bright entrance hall has 2 separate bedrooms, a double sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub, shower/WC and a separate WC. The large separate living room with tiled stove and couch (sleeping possibility for the 5th person) and satellite TV (living room only) and the new kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, as well as the spacious communal garden invite you to linger.
