Villa Irena Funtana is located only 5 km from the center of Porec, not far from the Zelena Laguna tourist resort and the Bijela Uvala camp. The nearest beach is only 800 m away. Thanks to its location, the house is only a few minutes' drive from shops, restaurants, ATMs, children's playgrounds and other amenities. This beautiful holiday home, built in the autochthonous Istrian style and located on a fenced, landscaped garden of 4000 m2 surrounded by greenery, offers guests a 40m2 swimming pool, deck chairs, a well-kept lawn, a covered terrace next to the pool and several parking spaces.
Villa Irena Funtana for 4 persons with a total area of 160 m2 is spread over two floors and consists of an air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom with a shower, all on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a beautiful view of the pool and nature.
The special feature of this beautiful villa is the large, completely fenced yard that offers absolute privacy.
Youth groups are not allowed and the owner occasionally comes to tidy up the garden.
