This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

Limonera is a single-storey villa with rural charm and a lemon-scented atmosphere. A friendly entrance area welcomes you. High ceilings with ceiling lighting and floor-to-ceiling glass doors make it bright and airy. Numerous seats are informally arranged around the dining table, fireplace and TV. Uncomplicated comfort ensures good company, especially on cooler evenings. The elegant open shelf with the long stove pipe is a visual highlight. The adjoining small kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a quick brunch or salad (and fresh lemonade, of course). Everyone can help themselves as they please - it is a holiday after all. A washing machine, ironing board and iron can be found in a separate utility room. Each of the two double bedrooms has a solid wooden bedstead and a relaxing view of the green garden, as well as a modern bathroom with shower and bath. You can really work with that, can't you?

Life has generously gifted this region of Mallorca. The Mediterranean landscape around Sant Llorenç with its small forests and plantations is ideal for cycling tours, hikes and horse riding (there are several riding stables in the area). You can also get some fresh air in the nature park on the Llevant peninsula with the Cap de Ferrutx and Cap des Freu nature reserves, as well as in the most popular and lively coastal region with sandy beaches, dune formations and stalactite caves. The fine sandy beach Playa de Sa Coma, around 900 metres long and 60 metres wide, is particularly attractive and has a shady promenade for strolling. The Calvary Staircase of Puig de San Salvador leads to the enchanting village of Artà. Enjoy one of the most beautiful views on the island.

In one of the most popular areas of the island, this single-storey modern villa with its lemon and orange trees is centrally located near Ma-4040, but in an absolutely quiet location between Cala Ratjada and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. Pula Golf is only 2 km away and the family-friendly sandy beach of Sa Marjal is only 4 km away. With its steep, narrow streets, Son Servera is a great base for shopping, cafés and restaurants, while towards the sea there are many beautiful coastal towns and beaches such as Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Costa dels Pins and Cala Agulla. The charming town of Artà is a 20-minute drive away.
