When you arrive at Villa S'Hort den Julia, you could be forgiven for thinking you were in Florida: there are comfortable sun loungers along the large pool where you can have hours of fun splashing around. Here you can relax to your heart's content while you sleep, watched over by stately palm trees. If you book this villa as a family, the pool here is not a potential source of danger for the little ones. It is surrounded by a fence so that small children can play to their heart's content on the large lawn. The lawn is surrounded by a thick green hedge, giving you a pleasant degree of privacy. There is also a small chalet in the outdoor area, which houses a large, brick-built barbecue and a well-equipped outdoor bathroom. Here you can prepare delicious delicacies and shorten the waiting time with a game of table tennis - the winner gets the biggest fish from the evening BBQ. The spacious and cosily lit covered veranda wraps around the house in an L-shape and offers plenty of space for your entire party to socialise, equipped with a large white dining table as well as a comfortable wicker seating area and a cosy corner armchair.

If you are a fan of Scandinavian, friendly colour compositions, you will immediately fall in love with the interior design of this house. The colour tones of the tiles, walls and furniture harmonise with each other and are charmingly complemented by the villa's lighting concept. In the large living and dining room, you can watch the crackling fire in the fireplace or watch a film on the flat-screen TV on the large, white leather sofas. The kitchen, which is equipped with a table, also has all the utensils you need to put the culinary icing on the cake of your holiday in Mallorca. If time is short, there is always the option of shortening the preparation in the microwave. The oven is stylishly built into the wall and the fridge offers plenty of storage space, even for large quantities of groceries. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The two other bathrooms, one of which is in nautical blue and white, and a further four bedrooms are located on the upper level and lead off the living room. One of the bathrooms even has a bathtub, just in case the pool and the sea are too much for you. From the rooms on the upper floor there is also access to the sun terrace with views of the pool, the garden and the rural surroundings.

If you let your gaze wander, sooner or later you will feel the urge to explore the surroundings. After all, you have chosen a great starting point for island tours for your villa holiday. Just 2 km away is the tranquil village of Ses Salines, a typical Mallorcan town that offers everything your heart desires. Similar to your settlement, where the road noise is only audible when the wind is blowing in the right direction, it is quite quiet here. Meanwhile, in the coastal town of Colonia de Sant Jord, just 5 minutes away, the wild sea roars and attracts swimmers to sunbathe on the fantastic sandy beaches. A trip to Es Trenc, just 15 kilometres away, is also worthwhile. A sandy beach with South Sea flair, where you will return to your Villa S'Hort den Julia every evening after a day in the sun.

Thanks to its rural location and proximity to the chic town of Ses Salines, which is just 5 minutes away by car, Villa S'Hort den Julia is very quickly connected to nearby coastal towns such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, just 4 km away. To the north is a spectacular coastal region with idyllic sandy beaches: Es Trenc, just 15 km away, offers a postcard idyll that will awaken all the senses.
