The private terrace is ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing on the sofa outside. Sun loungers are provided and the nearby barbecue area is perfect for evening barbecues. The shared outdoor area offers natural shade under the trees with swings, a Balinese bed and a picnic table. The highlight is the beautiful pool area with a wide staircase for easy access, several loungers and two day beds. The rustic pool house with seating and outdoor kitchen is an ideal place for unforgettable moments. The owners live on the property with their cat and two dogs, but the pool is for guest use only.
Inside, the open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette features bright walls, high ceilings with exposed beams and cosy wooden furniture. The three bedrooms with two bathrooms ensure complete privacy. The neighbouring "Es Lledoner Dos" (EMI326) makes it an ideal choice for two families travelling together.
Around 13 km from Mallorca's east coast, the finca is in a secluded location and is surrounded by beautiful trees. Thanks to its location close to the road, various destinations are easily accessible. The pretty harbour promenade of Portocolom, where you will find lovely bars, restaurants and supermarkets, is 20 minutes away by car. Restaurants and shops can also be found in nearby Felanitx (4 km). For larger shopping trips, Manacor (17 km) is a good choice. You can also reach some beaches in 20 to 30 minutes.
