The architecturally elegant Finca Buena Vida is a paradise surrounded by greenery. The location of this tasteful house alone is a reflection of Mallorca's diversity. Lush Mediterranean flora adorns and caresses the property, which is situated in a cul-de-sac with exclusively residential traffic. The lightness of the coastal climate not only radiates into the town, but also lends this spacious villa with its exquisite outdoor area a pleasant maritime flair. A special highlight is, of course, the mosaic-studded infinity pool, crowned by a whirlpool. The pool is perfectly integrated into the spacious terrace landscape, where there is also plenty of space for cosy loungers and shade under parasols. Next to it, the weatherproof outdoor seating area with brick barbecue looks wonderfully rustic. The integrated outdoor toilet is a great addition to the outdoor area. A casual lounge with an airy dining area is perfectly staged on the wind-protected veranda by the house. Three cats have been part of the finca for several years. They are outside day and night. The finca owners are very grateful for the daily feeding of the furry friends! There is plenty of cat food available. The animals are regularly treated by a vet, vaccinated and wormed.

In addition to this fantastic outdoor area, from the balconies on the upper floor you can enjoy not only the view of the enviable pool area, but also an unforgettably beautiful distant view of the sea. This is presented to you from both air-conditioned bedrooms, which offer direct access to the roof terrace. With en-suite bathrooms in neutral white and modern walk-in showers, this elegant hostel is ideal for two couples, but a family is also very welcome. All rooms are wonderfully flooded with light, including the open-plan living and dining area, which offers direct access to the lush terrace landscape for even more spaciousness. In addition to the underfloor heating, a fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere for cooler evenings. Mallorcan traditions, supported by terracotta-coloured floor tiles, are combined with an open-plan design in the living, dining and cooking areas. The fully equipped kitchen with the highest level of technical comfort makes your conscious choice of self-catering a pleasure when cooking together. The sun-drenched Finca Buena Vida stands for good living, which you can simply experience and enjoy here!
Since November 2020, the finca has been powered by a photovoltaic system for its own electricity consumption. The remaining energy is fed into the electricity grid. The cosy and elegant Finca Buena Vida is located in the northern part of the fishing village of Cala Figuera. This beautiful area offers many opportunities for walks by the sea. You can do your shopping in the village or drive to neighbouring Santanyí, which is closely linked to the former harbour town of Cala Figuera. In addition to hiking, golfing and swimming in the turquoise sea with a gentle entrance as found at Cala Santanyí, this region offers the perfect place to relax.
