The villa is surrounded by trees and shrubs that offer a pleasant level of privacy. When you wake up and step onto the terracotta-tiled sun terrace, the pool shimmers seductively turquoise in the morning light. There is a small lawn right next to the pool, where a palm tree exudes its flair. The covered and therefore shady table offers enough space to enjoy meals in a cosy atmosphere, including meals that you have prepared to perfection on the gas barbecue provided. There is also a cosy chill-out corner with a sofa, where you can adjust the sun factor with a parasol as required.

The villa is furnished in a modern, predominantly white style. From the terrace, you enter a spacious room, which is divided on one side by an elongated, rustic wooden dining table and on the other side by the living area: A sofa with a reclining surface and two comfortable armchairs give you the choice Watch the crackling fire in the fireplace or the German or English TV programme on the flat screen, which can also be viewed in German or English thanks to satellite. Adjacent to this large room is a spacious kitchen, in which you can also conjure up elaborate dishes thanks to the full equipment - after all, relaxation in a holiday home on Mallorca goes through the stomach. In the opposite wing of the villa there is a bathroom with a bathtub and three bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. And the third bedroom has the luxury of its own bathroom, where you also have a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan to provide you with fresh air on warm summer nights. On the ground floor, you will also find a hallway with a guest WC and a staircase leading to the upper floor. Here you will find access to the roof terrace, from which you have a wonderful sea view. This villa is located just a stone's throw from the coast (200 metres), with the small coves of Cala Auberdans and Cala Rotja, with the restaurant of the same name, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation.
The small village of Canyamel with its large sandy beach can be easily reached by car. Artà and Capdepera, which are around 10 kilometres away, are just as inviting for a stroll in a historic setting, while Cala Ratjada offers restaurants and bars right by the sea. The Roca Viva and Golf Canyamel golf courses and the Cap Vermell Country Club sports centre are less than 10 minutes away by car.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 24 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party group as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
