Big, bigger, Can Borreo. A property with an area of 5,000 m² and 1,004 m² of living space - you're guaranteed not to feel cramped here. The first place to relax outdoors: The 10-metre-long pool, surrounded by loungers, parasols and dense greenery, which offers complete privacy. Thanks to the small diving board, the cheerful, fresh swimming area offers plenty of action. Observers trying to stay out of the water may want to take cover and head to the terrace right next to the villa. Covered by pavilions and surrounded by potted plants, dancing figures and palm trees, it's a cosy place to relax on the cushioned outdoor chairs. Outdoor kitchen, barbecue You have everything you need. After all, we want you to be fully catered for. Around the house you'll find plenty of places to sit, relax and play. So enchanting: the iron swing that embellishes the path lined with arches.

Two spacious, fully equipped kitchens, three living rooms, five bathrooms. The interior of Can Borreo also impresses with its spaciousness and the many, many rooms. On one side, a mustard yellow sofa, matching armchairs, curtains and paintings. On the other, a cosy red seating area in front of the fireplace. A tasteful dining area under the imposing chandelier in one corner, rocking chairs and a floral sofa in the other - this house is dominated by a varied mix of colours, shapes and materials. How about a game of chess, a little piano concert or a relaxing film evening? There are plenty of ways to pass the time until dinner. The house has a total of six beautiful bedrooms, all with double beds of different sizes (width: 1.35 m to 1.80 m).

Santa Maria del Camí is best known for its marvellous Sunday market. Regional decorative products, textiles and jewellery - everyone is sure to find what they are looking for here. You can also enjoy the fantastic surroundings with many wine-growing areas, almond trees, olive groves and the enchanting Serra de Tramuntana. The picturesque mountain village of Orient, with its special charm and exciting hiking tours, is only about half an hour's drive away. The villa is located near the Ma-2021 motorway, which leads to Alaró. This means that traffic noise can be heard from time to time, but overall the area is very quiet and tranquil. Golfers can drive the 11 km to the hilly Golf Son Termens course with its challenging fairways and tranquil atmosphere. And the island's capital Palma offers attractive beaches and many lovely places to linger. The centrally located Villa Can Borreo is around 19 km north of Palma de Mallorca, very close to the sleepy town of Santa Maria del Camí. The town is known for its lovely Sunday market and the beautiful surroundings, which are characterised by vineyards. In addition to a few supermarkets, you will also find typical bodegas where you can enjoy excellent Spanish wine.
