The charming Villa Ca nAina de Cala Millor is situated on a pleasantly manageable plot and offers attractive opportunities for extensive outdoor living. In addition to the ideal infrastructural location, you can enjoy relaxed privacy in the pretty garden. On the covered terrace right next to the house, you will find a super nice chill-out spot where a fragrant morning coffee is guaranteed to be particularly delicious. Easy-care areas with gravel or asphalt in combination with Mediterranean plants create a clear and cosy ambience. The 6 metre long, shallow pool, surrounded by a stylish wooden terrace with additional comfortable seating for relaxing, is very tempting. Naturally, there are sun loungers for sunbathing under the Mediterranean sky and a charcoal barbecue for evening barbecues.

Only 500 metres as the crow flies separate you from the sea if you opt for this urban villa in Mallorca! In the beautiful town of Cala Millor, you will find a variety of shops and restaurants as well as a weekly market. While you can easily reach the attractive sandy beach on foot, several other bays can be reached by car in a short time.
