This cube-shaped farmhouse on Mallorca is a wonderful place for carefree holidays by the sea. The immediately eye-catching extension with a natural stone façade characterises the stylish home, which wants to be one thing above all: individual. Lawns and a wall with a privacy screen characterise the outdoor area, the centrepiece of which is the elongated pool. It promises wonderful cooling on warm days and is easily accessible via a staircase. For all sun worshippers, there are comfortable sun loungers that can easily be placed in your favourite spot and from where you can enjoy your holiday to the full. The slightly elevated terrace right next to the house has an inviting chill-out lounge with views of the garden and pool. On the other side of the house, another veranda offers a similarly cosy spot, in this case conveniently located directly in front of the kitchen.

An originally conceived and designed interior welcomes you as you enter the pleasantly light-flooded Villa Can Bosquerro. The solid, reddish shimmering natural stone continues here and sets both effective and aesthetic accents in the wonderfully maritime flair of the rooms. The living/dining room and kitchen merge into one another in a semi-open-plan layout, creating a flowing transition between the areas of use. Comfort and functionality are equally important. All kinds of unique details further emphasise this individual, modern atmosphere. Two cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, as well as a shower room (installed in the larger of the two bedrooms) complete the ground floor.
