Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem grossen Grundstueck direkt am Meer und verfuegt ueber eine eigene Bademole. Das Grundstueck
ist ueberwiegend mit Olivenbaeumen bewachsen.
Das Haus ist einfach aber zweckmaessig ausgestattet. Unmittelbar am Objekt ist zusaetzlich noch eine Aussenkueche mit einer grossen ueberdachten Terasse
sowie Kuehlschrank und TV vorhanden.
Die Parkplaetze befinden sich direkt am Haus und sind am Grundstueck ueber eine Strasse mit Betonspuren erreichbar.
Vom Haus aus sieht man neben dem Meer auch die in suedwestlicher Richtung vorgelagerte Inselwelt mit Dugi Otok und dem Kornatenarchipel.
Mit etwas Glueck koennen sie im kristallklaren Wasser schwimmende Delfine beobachten.
Auf dem Grundstueck befindet sich noch ein zweites deutlich kleineres Robinsonhaus.
