The multi-storey quarry stone villa Es Coster des Port is set amidst lush green mountain nature, surrounded by a huge garden with orange and palm trees and with the backdrop of the nearby Tramuntana mountains, in a fantastic, secluded location. The beautiful outdoor area impresses with its lush garden, which, together with the charming quarry stone house, blends wonderfully into this fabulous dry mountain landscape. A particular highlight is the house's 35 m² covered terrace, which offers an attractive and private place to relax or dine together at any time of day. Later in the day, the permanently installed barbecue invites you to enjoy a relaxed and cheerful barbecue evening. A little further away from the tranquil villa is the 45 m² private pool. The permanently installed waterspout provides additional refreshment and water movement in the pool. The adjoining sun terrace is equipped with numerous comfortable pool loungers. Chic parasols are available to provide some shade if required. A holiday at the traditional Villa Es Coster des Port means relaxation and recreation, fun and games for young and old. Nevertheless, the area surrounding the villa offers a number of attractive leisure activities.

In addition to the romantic, rustic main house, the villa's annexe also offers accommodation with a separate entrance. A Mallorcan-style interior with antique wooden furniture, 2 fireplaces, exposed wooden beam ceilings and at the same time a modern touch with lots of comfort and state-of-the-art technical equipment create a very pleasant atmosphere. In the main building there are 5 double rooms with a spacious living area. The bedrooms are spread over 3 floors: on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and an additional guest WC with bathtub. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms (each with two single beds), which share a bathroom with shower and two washbasins. On the second floor there are two further equally cosy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. The shower bathrooms are predominantly equipped with walk-in showers, some of which are very elaborate and ultra-modern in pebble design, while at the same time being enhanced with old wooden beams and unusual bathroom objects. The outbuilding mentioned above offers two single rooms with bathrooms and a kitchenette with fridge. Ideal for accompanying grandparents or another couple. The spacious private areas also offer plenty of space for a larger group, no matter what the constellation, where everyone can find their own private space and retreat.

The cosy villa is located on the old mountain road, which is laid out in a serpentine pattern. It provides a link between the attractive town of Sóller and Port de Sóller. The beautiful, natural harbour bay and the beach of Port de Sóller are only 1.8 km away via the mountain road and can be reached quickly. Port de Sóller is the starting point for excursion boats along the north-west coast of Mallorca, including to the bays of Cala de sa Calobra and Cala de Deià. There are therefore numerous and varied options available to you here for organising your holiday. A trip on the Red Lightning is also highly recommended. The historic train connects Sóller with Puerto de Soller and the capital Palma, so you don't necessarily have to use your hire car for a trip to the capital. A little further south of Sóller, you will pass the Jardins d'Alfabia near Bunyola. These are possibly some of the most beautiful gardens in Mallorca, created by a Moorish landscape gardener. With its impressive horticultural design, it will not only delight garden connoisseurs. If you are looking for sporting activities, the finca is a great starting point for trekking and cycling tours throughout the Tramuntana; the nearest golf course (Golf Son Termens) is also within easy reach. All that remains for us at Fincallorca is to wish you a varied and eventful time with plenty of relaxation in the highly recommended Villa Es Coster des Port. This beautiful, three-storey quarry stone villa is located in the western part of the island against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains, between the attractive town of Sóller and the beautiful harbour town of Port de Sóller. You can do your shopping in the small town of Sóller, which is characterised by an authentic Mallorcan flair. The beach of Port de Sóller is only 1 km away and the nearest restaurants are just 800 metres away.

The optional use of air conditioning is included in the price if used appropriately. In the rare case of an overrun, the fee will be charged in cash on site. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
