Discover this magnificent, fully renovated house located in the picturesque village of Alairac in the Aude. This haven of peace offers all modern comforts for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
Upon entering, you will be welcomed into a bright dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen that opens onto a small rear terrace, perfect for savoring a morning coffee. The large, warm, and inviting living room features a decorative fireplace and opens onto a spacious terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool area, ideal for convivial evenings under the stars.
A few steps up, a raised hallway leads to three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with double beds (160 cm) and closets, and one with a double bed (140 cm). For your comfort, the house includes an independent WC and a modern bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower and a double sink. Wifi is available throughout the property.
Outside, the garden features a superb 13x7 meter pool (with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 2 meters), offering the perfect space to cool off and relax. A covered, fully equipped summer kitchen (stove, hood, dishwasher, and microwave) allows you to prepare delicious meals outdoors. You will also find an electric plancha, a grill, and a relaxation area with a foosball table. A small outdoor laundry room with a washing machine is also available.
Upon your arrival, a deposit will be taken by bank imprint via Swikly. Pets are allowed under certain conditions (size, age) and limited to one animal. Sheets, towels, and household linen are included. A mandatory cleaning service is required: €20 per day for stays of less than a week, and €150 for stays of a week or more, payable directly to the owners upon arrival. Electricity consumption: 3 kWh/day/person included, excess consumption to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.

Just a few kilometers away, you can visit the famous Medieval City of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage site, or stroll along the Canal du Midi.
