Tour operators often advertise with the image of a glistening blue pool surrounded by sun loungers. Normally you have to share this idyllic holiday spot with other relaxation-seeking travellers, which can be noisy at worst. At Villa Can Mirlo, your days will be different. You will be surrounded by first-class style and, if you wish, you can enjoy the sweeping views across the interior of Mallorca to the mountains in the north. The pool terrace is located directly below the house. A few stone steps lead down to the water and the directly neighbouring garden. A large variety of tree species show the way here: simply let the sun shine and enjoy pure existence. Directly adjacent to the house is a covered veranda where you can end the day with a bottle of wine in the evening. Thanks to an outdoor pool, you can enjoy the mild island air to the full from morning to night.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The interior of the house dispenses with trendy hypes. The owners have opted for rustic, clean lines without sacrificing comfort. In the evening, you can watch TV from the sofa or simply gaze into the crackling fireplace. This room combines living, cooking and eating. It is therefore the perfect place for informal get-togethers and socialising. With its work surface extending into the room, the kitchen offers enough space to prepare even elaborate dishes together. There is a double room with a double bed on the ground floor. The room's natural stone wall with a recessed crescent moon provides a particularly cosy atmosphere. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, are located on the upper floor. On this floor, you can also organise social gatherings in an open-plan lounge right next to the staircase. The residents of the upper floor also have a bathtub in the bathroom - the perfect place to end the day in a relaxed atmosphere and then enjoy a restful night's sleep.

The stately quarry stone villa Can Mirlo is situated in a marvellous, rustic secluded location 2.5 km west of the picturesque town of Santa Maria. You live in the centre of the island surrounded by nature. This gives you numerous excursion options: Either go shopping in glittering Palma, around 20 km away, or enjoy the idyllic beaches of the south coast, such as Passeig de Molinar (17 km) or Cuidad Jardin (18 km).

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 27 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
