Villa Selva is a beautiful stone house with the best views of the impressive mountain region on the north side of the island. A wide private driveway leads up to the holiday property, at the end of which the romantic villa sits enthroned on an elevated, exposed plot. Although the small property has just 62 m² of living space, the exceptionally beautiful outdoor area with a varied terrace landscape and integrated pool and sun deck make it something very special. The owners of the house look after their small property with great attention to detail, which is clearly recognisable as soon as you arrive. Plants bloom everywhere like in a small fairytale castle and picturesque spots invite you to linger. The covered terrace right next to the house is a marvellous spot. The beautiful table is ideal for breakfast or dinner with a luxurious view.

The kitchen is directly accessible from the terrace, which is very practical as it is not far to set and clear the table. With a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, etc., it is fully equipped for self-catering. If the weather doesn't play ball, the indoor dining area is also excellent. For a relaxing evening, there is a comfortable sofa near the TV. This is also a great place to curl up with a favourite book. The small fireplace is the epitome of cosiness and spreads warmth on chilly evenings. In addition to the two cosy double bedrooms (one with a large double bed, the other with two single beds), the house also has a bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom is conveniently located near the pool, so you can freshen up during the day without having to walk around the house with wet feet. Although the property has two double bedrooms (one of which is on the sleeping loft; see photo), it is also particularly suitable for a romantic holiday for two. As the building is made of impressive natural stone, which is absolutely typical of Mallorca, the temperature is pleasant even on hot Mallorcan summer days. The elevated position also means that there is always a pleasant breeze blowing through the house. Electric heating is available for the winter months.

The location of the house is absolutely idyllic between holm oaks and pine trees, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and quiet. On clear days, the view extends as far as the sea on the south coast of Mallorca. Selva itself, where narrow streets lead visitors either uphill or downhill, is only a 5-minute drive from the villa. The nearest shops and restaurants can be found here and in the village of Inca, approx. 3 km away. The beautiful sandy beaches in the bay of Alcúdia on the north coast are around 25 km away. The romantic mountain villa Selva is located at the gateway to the village of the same name on the southern arm of the Tramuntana mountains and offers spectacular views over large parts of Mallorca. The most beautiful villages on the island can be easily reached from here in a hire car. Selva, with its bars, restaurants and well-stocked supermarkets, is just a few minutes away by car. Due to its location in the heart of the island, you can quickly reach all the beaches from the villa.
