Beautiful panoramic apartment located between the main square of Rudalza and the marina, in the most famous area of Porto Rotondo. The apartment has two large terraces, the first of which faces the living area and is ideal for outdoor dining while admiring the blue of the sea. The second is located in front of the upper room and serves as a solarium with magnificent views of the international marina. The location offers the possibility to reach in a few steps the famous Ira beach and the famous center of Porto Rotondo, from here begins the famous "walk to the port", in the evening with nightlife with restaurants, cafes, clubs and stores open until late. Parking space in front of the apartment. Pets are welcome in this accommodation. The owner provides bowls, towels and useful information about veterinarians and beaches nearby for travelers with four-legged friends.

    “Das Objekt mit Blick zum Meer ist wirklich eine Augenweide. Wir waren völlig überwältigt. Auch das eine Schlafzimmer was in BLAU gehalten wurde, war einfach nur Spitze. Und dann die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir waren völlig überwältigt. Was uns überhaupt nicht zusagte, war das offene Zimmer (Galerie), davon hatten wir keine Ahnung bei der Buchung gehabt. Wir waren 2 Paare (zwischen 50-60 Jahren). Dieses offene Zimmer war nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Toilette und Dusche dort oben etwas für Zwerge/Kinder. Eine Zumutung. Man konnte dort bei einer Körpergröße von 1,80 cm nur an einer Stelle normal stehen, ansonsten hieß es den Kopf einziehen. Auch die Betten um Himmelswillen. Das kann nicht sein. Bitte ändern. Davon hatten wir keine Ahnung. Hätten wir es gewusst, hätten wir diese FW bestimmt nicht gebucht. Auch die Treppe nach unten, hier fehlt jede Sicherheit.
    Der Kühlschrank ist für 4 Personen viel zu klein. Die Spüle in der Ecke unpraktisch. Der Inhalt mit Tellern, Tassen, Gläsern war zwar ausreichend, aber nicht sauber. An manchen Geschirr, hingen die Preisschilder noch dran. Ein Zeichen, dass das nicht gereinigt worden ist. Das Meer hat mich wieder sanft gestimmt.

    Was geändert werden müsste, die ganzen privaten Dinge der Besitzer müssten raus. Schuhe z.B. im Bettkasten, die Figuren, Kerzen, Dosen usw. überall muss weg. Sieht zwar schön aus, aber nimmt zu viel Platz ein. Wo sollen wir als Urlauber mit unserem Zeug hin. Das andere Bad unten total zugestellt mit dem ganzen Zeug .. Unser blaues Zimmer hingegen war Spitze, die Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer; EINFACH NUR Spitze. Volle Punktzahl, wenn das
    private Zeug entfernt wird.”
