Holiday apartment with large garden, barbecue and swimming pool

The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home and is furnished in a rustic style. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Smoking.

Location
Mölbling, 900 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Green location Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking is available in a garage and on the street in front of the house.

central heating (oil). Facilities: internet access (WLAN), washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with fire extinguisher.

Pool
Outdoor pool (5.4 m x 7.2 m, depth 1,50 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

Ideal for learning skiing and for sunshine ski running as well as for ski mountaineering or snowshoeing. The skiing region Schleppe-Alm Funkpark is located 30 km off, near Klagenfurt. Ice skating at Längsee 15 km.

    “Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist in dieser Ferienwohnung bestens aufgehoben. Gleich an der Haustür beginnt der Wald, im eingezäunten Garten freuen Wasserratten sich über einen ausreichend großen Pool. Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, Hunde werden nicht nur geduldet, sondern sind wirklich willkommen.

    Wer Halligalli sucht, ist fehl am Platze und Gehbehinderte haben möglicherweise Probleme, denn die Ferienwohnung ist lediglich entweder über Treppen (eine davon ohne Geländer) oder über einen zwar kurzen, aber doch steilen Hügel zu erreichen.

    Die Aussicht auf die Karawanken ist schlichtweg ein Traum.

    Ansonsten ist diese Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlenswert und es war zwar unser erster Urlaub dort, vermutlich aber nicht der letzte.”
