Beautiful luxurious country house with pool

This modern, luxurious and incredibly stylishly furnished country house, located in absolute peace and quiet, is located in the untouched idyllic landscape between Manacor and Sant Llorenc, just 10 minutes by car from the nearest beaches on the east coast such as Cala Millor or Sa Coma.

The finca is particularly suitable for families and groups and consists of a main house (220 m²) with four bedrooms and four bathrooms for a total of 8 guests and an adjacent guest house (80 m²) for a further 4 guests with two further bedrooms and the fifth bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning, five of them have a double bed and one of the rooms has two single beds. The main house and apartment offer a private living room with a fireplace and a private kitchen equipped with a dishwasher.

The outdoor area with the chill-out sofa corner and the surrounding partially covered terrace areas offers an incredible amount of space for relaxing hours and with the brick BBQ and the outdoor kitchen you can experience unforgettable holiday moments here. Behind there is also the fantastic 12 m x 6 m (depth 0.80 m x 1.80 m) swimming pool, which is surrounded by a great lawn and wide fields with panoramic views. For the little ones there is a playground with a climbing house and swing.

The nearest coastal towns are Porto Cristo and Son Servera and the nearest beaches of Sa Coma and Cala Millor or the beautiful Costa de los Pinos can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. This finca is the ideal combination for relaxation combined with an unforgettable beach holiday.

    “Sehr schöne Ausstattung in guter Lage in Arta, mit der Sauberkeit waren wir auch zufrieden. Ein kleiner Pool und eine Sonnenterrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Lediglich ein etwas zu klein geratener Fernseher störte, aber dieser ist im Urlaub eigentlich eher unwichtig.”
