On two hills, situated opposite the manor house, lie the farms of Poderi Montarsiccio and Ticciaia with their beautiful buildings, which have been recently restored and are ideally suited to agriturismo. In total, there are eleven apartments on the two farms, all with private garden and own entrances. They have been constructed on two storeys in order to guarantee the privacy of the fifty guests that can be accommodated there.
The swimming pool (14 x 7 metres) is available to all guests from June until September. It is about 800m away from the holiday homes and is situated in absolute silence among the olive groves. Once a week, the pool will remain open till midnight, staged and illuminated with torches.
For guests, a visit to the vineyards and wine cellar including wine tasting (Chianti Classico and Extra Virgin Olive Oil) can be organised. Furthermore, there is a 10% discount on the products for guests.
A grill/barbecue area with a wood stove is available for guests of the agriturismo. In addition, there is a washing and drying room as well as a telephone and fax service at the reception. Our little (young) guests have their own area dedicated to them, with tennis tables and other outdoor play equipment. At the reception, you can, upon request, obtain all the necessary information to organise your cultural visits or excursions into the countryside and make the most of your leisure time.

Our agriturismo is located in the heart of Chianti Classico nestled between the vineyards and olive groves halfway between Siena and Florence. The Siena Florence motorway is easily accessible and our apartments are an excellent base for exploring the quaint hilltop towns of Chianti such as Castellina, Greve and Radda in Chianti, the beautiful art cities as San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena and Florence as well as the Tuscan beaches. Daily trip to Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia are also feasible from our places, as well as the beautiful Val d'orcia region of Southern Tuscany. Even daily trip to Venice or Rome are feasible by fast train or bus.At 5 km from our property, you can reach San Donato in Poggio a vey nice middle age village where all services are available (supermarket, pharmacy, bars and 3 great restaurants with outside spaces (Tuscan cuisine, pizza and fish).

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
