This, in typical Mallorcan style preserved and lovingly restored country property located on an old farm estate near the village of "Sant Llorenc des Cardassar". The house has 120 sqm living space, divided over two floors. The ground floor is the cozy living room with fireplace, stove, satellite TV and wireless internet. The dining area from the living room transitioning directly connected to the rustic kitchen, here there is a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. In addition, the EC has a bathroom with shower and private access to the outdoors. Overall, the house has 2 double bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 with 2 single beds) and 1 single room all located upstairs. Here is the second bathroom with shower. The house is surrounded by a garden and located in the rear area. Almost unique wood-paneled sun terrace with sunken and childproof altmallorquinischen "Sofreix" pool 4m x 3m and a depth of 0.70 m to 2 m Sun beds and umbrellas invite you to sunbathe, allowing guests to just relax right here. The nearest beaches such as Cala Millor, the Costa de los Pinos, 8 km or 9 km distance in Porto Cristo can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes.

    “Wir als kleine Familie mit zwei Kindern 5 und bald 3 Jahre alt sind schlichtweg begeistert über diese wunderschöne idyllische und persönliche Finca mit den zauberhaften Besitzern Rosa und Montserrat die nebenan wohnen. Herrlich gelegen 5 Autominuten von Manacor weg liegt es günstig zu den Stränden nach Porto Christo und Umgebung. Leihwagen ist zwingend notwendig. Durch die Nähe auch der Nachbarn haben wir das Haus nicht einmal abschliessen müssen, da die Gegend sehr einsam ist. Ein weiterer riesiger Vorteil dieses Anwesens ist die komplette Abwesenheit von Moskitos und Faltern und Ungeziefer jeder Art. Es war überhaupt kein Problem die Türen und Fenster offen stehen zu lassen über Nacht uns sogar Licht im Haus anzulassen. Keines der Kinder und wir hatten nicht einen Stich oder ähnliches. Sehr,sehr angenehm. Der Pool ist klein aber fein und für Kinder in dem Alter genau richtig. Wir kommen garantiert wieder. Ein wunderschöner, sehr persönlicher Platz. Es war für 3 Wochen wirklich unser zu Hause!”
