Holiday apartment with garage

The apartment in a lovely house from the founding period is in the garden and cottage district of Währing. The apartment creates a generous impression as soon as you step inside. It is at ground level, above the level of the street as it is on a slope.

The living room with a seating group and dining space has a functioning pianino, a sofa bed as an additional bed, and a charming ensemble of windows and glass doors looking out towards the terrace (15m²) on the south side, with the front garden with plenty of greenery shielding it from the road. The bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm is in the rear part of the apartment, which also has a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC room. The modern kitchen is connected to the main room by a wide counter.

There is free garage parking space in the building.

There are good public transport connections, with bus and tram stops just 3 minutes away, taking you into the centre in 15 minutes with line 41. The big “Türkenschanzpark” is a five-mintue walk away, while the Wienerwald, the “green lung of Vienna”, is 15 minutes away, which also has inns offering Viennese specialities. There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as restaurants.

    “Wunderschöne und großzügige Fewo mit hübscher Südwestterasse. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Anbindung per Straßenbahn an Wiener Innenstadt (Schottentor) ist ca 4 Min. entfernt, Bahn fährt alle 10 Minuten, ebenso ein Bus direkt bis Schloß Schönbrunn. Einkaufen 6 Minuten, ebenso der sehr erholsame Türkenschanzpark mit Gastronomie. Eine Unterkunft zum Entspannen und wieder zu sich selbst kommen! Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Ich komme gerne wieder. Eine Danke schön den so herzlichen Vermietern.”

    “Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr groß und ein Überraschungsgast hätte sogar auch noch Platz. Von den Nachbarn haben wir so gut wie nichts mitbekommen und hatten dennoch das Gefühl, dazu zu gehören. Wir waren also sehr zufrieden mit allem und unser Auto hatte auch einen Platz in der Garage. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen, wenn die Wohnung frei ist.”
