Quiet holiday apartment with a terrace right on the beach

The holiday apartment is in Prigradica in quiet surroundings and just 300 metres from the centre, 20 metres from its own section of beach and 400 metres from the public beach.

You can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view from the terrace, especially at sunset. It has garden furniture and a grill area. The private section of beach and a shaded area with a stone table and seating provide shelter from the sun.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor of the house and has three bedrooms. The bathroom provides a shower and a toilet. The living and dining kitchen is fully-equipped with a sofa, dining table and satellite TV.

There are shops and restaurants in the centre of Prigradica. There are volleyball and water polo events in the summer. It is quite a quiet place, therefore ideal for relaxing. Vela Luka and Blato, four and seven kilometres away, are good for going out, with a lot of bars, restaurants where you can enjoy Dalmatian cuisine etc. They also have larger supermarkets and a boat harbour.

A parking space is provided. The owner lives on the ground floor.
