The property is situated in a marvellous position on a hill and is surrounded by a park of about one and a half hectares, from which you can enjoy a sensational view of the Friulian plain and the city of Udine. For the exclusive use of guests: sauna and fitness room. Surrounded by lush nature, this accommodation is the ideal solution for a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. Take the opportunity to get to know the Friuli region, which produces excellent wines, including the famous Tocai, or visit the beautiful cities of Udine (10 minutes by car), Cividale del Friuli (25 km), the capital of the first Lombard duchy in Italy, and Aquileia (35 km), which became the third most important city of the Roman Empire, whose remains are visible in a huge archaeological site. Both Cividale and Aquileia are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Palmanova, whose name means "palm trees" in Friulian dialect, is just 20 minutes away by car. Its imposing fortress is shaped like a nine-pointed star, which is why the town is known as "the city of stars". The star fortress of Palmanova has also been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2017. From this accommodation, you can also travel to Trieste and Venice, which can be reached both by car and by train. The king of Friuli's rivers, the Tagliamento, is only 12 kilometres away and is ideal for swimming.
